What makes Pawvana different from other pet stores?

We carry less — on purpose. Most online pet stores stock thousands of products and leave you to figure out what's worth buying. We do that work for you. Every product in our store has been selected because it solves a specific problem well. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, it doesn't make the cut.

How do I know your products are actually good quality?

We only carry products from established brands we trust or items we've personally vetted before listing. We don't chase trending products or source things blindly. Curation is the entire point of what we do — if we're not confident in a product, it doesn't belong here.

How are your collections organized?

Our collections are organized by the problem you're trying to solve, not by the type of pet you have. Whether you're dealing with fur everywhere, a stressful car ride, or a chaotic mealtime — start with the problem and we'll point you to the right solution.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days via standard shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat $7.00 on orders under $40. Orders over $40 ship free automatically — no code needed.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at support@pawvana.store with your order number and we'll take care of the rest. We want every purchase to feel risk-free.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

What if my order arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?

That's on us. Email support@pawvana.store with your order number and a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We'll also cover the return shipping in that case.

Do you offer bundle deals?

Yes. We put together curated kits that pair products designed to work together — like our Fur-Free Home Kit and Clean Ride Essentials. Bundles are a great way to get a complete solution rather than just one piece of it.
