Shipping & Returns
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days where available
Please note these are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $40
- Flat rate of $7.00 on orders under $40
Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or you believe your package has been lost, contact us at support@pawvana.store and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Pawvana is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@pawvana.store and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return Email support@pawvana.store with your order number and reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping We cover return shipping on any item that arrives defective or incorrect. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund Processing Once we receive and confirm your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Wrong Item Email us at support@pawvana.store with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.
